Description

Westminster City Council (WCC) wishes to carry out soft market testing regarding a proposed Development &
Valuation Consultancy DPS which would be available to all London boroughs and public bodies. The first
requirement is for Sales and Marketing Consultancy (proposed Lot 1) relating to WCC new homes targets, and the
second requirement is for Valuation and Lease Extensions for Right to Buy and leaseholders (proposed Lot 2).
The projected overall spend in the next five years is £6m for Lot 1 and £1.5k per annum for Lot 2. Once
