Description

Consultants are needed to prepare the Study for the modelling and forward strategy for a new Overground Station at East Brixton to meet Network Rail's GRIP 2 requirements.
The study will require detailed consultation with key stakeholders including Network Rail, TfL, DfT ,and Council Officers and Councillors. Presentations to the client group and stakeholders/partners will be required as part of the study.
The award criteria is based on 70% quality, 30% price
The tender submission must include:
Quality submission(max 6 sides of A4)
A resource plan
A lump sum price including price plan
