Description

Staffordshire Moorlands District Council is seeking to appoint a multidisciplinary team of consultants - to include architects / master-planners and commercial advisors / surveyors - to prepare an employment led Masterplan for a site identified in the emerging Local Plan for mixed use development in Knypersley, Biddulph. The advice will need to include layouts, planning compliance, development capacity, infrastructure requirements, costs, viability, land assembly and delivery mechanism.
