Description
Corserv on behal of Cormac Solutions Ltd are seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified contractor to carry out works to carry our roof repair works at Walker Lines Industrial Estate Bodmin.
• Option 1: Re-roofing the entire building with new profiled steel cladding, employing composite panels where necessary to achieve required 'U' Values, cladding specification to be suitable for the exposure levels and environmental conditions, including obtaining Planning and Building Regulations approval and any other statutory consents that are required, and to also include all scaffolding, access equipment, welfare and security arrangements and your own site management/supervisory costs. The new roofing is to be covered by a 25 to 30 year guarantee.
• Option 2: Overcoating the roof with a resin based liquid waterproofing system using a quality assured contractor, ensuring all panels, ridges, valleys, hips, and junctions are fully overcoated and sealed and reinforced where necessary, including all scaffolding, access equipment, welfare and security arrangements and your own site management/supervisory costs. All work must be guaranteed for a period of at least 10 years, preferably longer if extended warranties are available i.e. 15 - 20 years
