Description
The Wellbeing Practitioners intervention has been commissioned to develop a project that provides intensive counselling to socially isolated people aged 50+ who are experiencing low mental wellbeing. This project will offer counselling in people's homes in the first instance, with the intension to build confidence and improve mental wellbeing in those accessing the service. The participant would then potentially move onto group sessions in a community space and could also access other projects within the Age Better in Sheffield Programme.
