Description

The University of Bath require a thermal evaporator for the deposition of metals such as Cr, Au, Ag, Pd, and Al. It will be used primarily to form metallic contacts to opto-electronic materials to form devices such as transistors, solar cells, light-emitting diodes, capacitors, MEMs, etc.
