Description

The Contractor will be required to provide counselling support to those affected by clinical interventions following participation in the IMMDS reviews engagement.

This includes providing -
- Crisis Support including emotional stabilisation and grounding if an individual is in distress
- supporting individuals in their engagement with the enquiry
- signposting to local agencies
- implementing emergency procedures to ensure client safety and draw up well being plans with them
