Description

The Ministry of Defence is looking to procure a licence and membership to gain access to a commercial off-the-shelf online developmental portal that can be accessed by all personnel. The portal must include the provision of a range of leadership and career development content written with a gender lens and delivered and accessible via a range of online methods to help MOD personnel develop their careers.

The Ministry of Defence intents to down-select the suppliers before inviting them to tender. Interested suppliers must demonstrate that they have experience and a clear understanding of the challenges faced by women for advancing in their careers, this includes the trials females face whilst working in large and complex organisations. In addition, the supplier must be well established for several years and demonstrate a high-level of proven track record on their success. Details of this needs to be provided with your Expression of Interest.

Prospective suppliers are invited to submit their Expressions of Interest showing that they can satisfy the above Selection Criteria in the form of a statement not exceeding 500 words. These statements will be appraised by the Authority and only those which the Authority believes are capable of satisfying this requirement will be invited to tender. Suppliers who have submitted an EoI with supporting statement will be advised whether they have been down selected to be invited to tender or otherwise. The Invitation to Tender will be issued to down selected suppliers on or around 30 November 2022.

Any supplier that submits an EoI without a supporting statement will be deemed non-compliant and any tender proposals submitted as part of an EoI with or without supporting statement will not be evaluated.

The process is that interested suppliers must send an Expression of Interest with a supporting statement in the first instance for a down selection process to be carried out and thereafter down selected suppliers will be invited to tender.
