Description
The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames is seeking to appoint a provider(s) for the delivery of rough sleeping services and interventions within Kingston, which will include: an outreach/inreach service, Support Navigators (providing intensive support for the most entrenched rough sleepers), 1 x officer to support rough sleepers with unclear immigration status, provision of HMO accommodation (8 beds in total) and support for individuals within that accommodation plus use/management of Personal Budgets. These requirements will be split into two separate Lots, identified within the Specification. The initial contract period is for 21 months with an option to extend for 12 months. The overall contract term is for 33 months from 1st July 2023 - 1st April 2026.
