Description

The University of Bath seek to deliver a new School of Management on their main campus site at Claverton Down. The site sits adjacent to Convocation Avenue, the main entrance to the University and in close proximity to both Green Belt and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). The site is a greenfield site with some landscaped made ground from previous university projects.
A design team has been appointed to RIBA Stage 3 and will be novated to the main contractor (not enabling works) from RIBA Stage 4 onwards. The purpose of this PIN is to give early notice of a requirement for a suitable contractor to deliver the main works package, which is being procured separately to the enabling works package.
