Description

South Hams District Council (SHDC) and West Devon Borough Council (WDBC) have commenced a programme of 59 units in SHDC and 29 Units in WDBC in 2019/2020 to meet the need of affordable community housing in South Devon. The first two schemes of South Brent and St Ann's Chapel are the start of this process. The wider pipeline is to produce 50 units per year. The houses embrace innovative and sustainable build design. This ITT relates to a procurement of a Main Contractor for a single rural housing project at St Ann's Chapel but will be delivered as two separate contracts at the same time.
