Description

LHC is reviewing the potential need for a Minor Works Framework.
This will suit suppliers that can provide a multi-disciplined workforce, however, we are also interested in the specialist who undertakes 1 or more of the following tasks:
- complete kitchens/bathrooms,
- windows/external doors,
- internal doors,
- flat or pitched roofing,
- brickwork replacement,
- concrete repairs,
- painting/decorating (internal/external),
- disability adaptations,
- electrical rewires and testing,
- emergency lighting,
- plumbing/heating system renewal,
- above ground drainage surveys/replacement,
- fencing and gates (metal/timber),
- grounds maintenance.
LHC will be carrying out market analysis/pre-tender engagement to establish the interest in a framework agreement for Minor Works (MW1). As such, LHC would appreciate if you could support this by answering a few questions via the survey monkey; https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/LHCWM1 to help us gain a better understanding of the type of work you can offer in relation to minor works.
We invite suppliers, in the first instance, to register their interest at our partnering tender site Procontract -https://procontract.due-north.com/Advert?advertId=d948dbb5-c71f-e911-80f2-005056b64545&p=8b355dc0-f604-e711-80dd-005056b64545. (There are no additional documents to download at this time)
The framework will be tendered under three contract notices, in England, in Scotland on behalf of the Scottish Procurement Alliance, and in Wales on behalf of the Welsh Procurement Alliance. Each Contract Notice area may be subdivided into regional lots.
