Description

The North York Moors National Park Authority Blue Corridors Project aims to address ten in-channel obstacles to fish passage in the Rye and Esk catchments. Pick Everard, supporting Envirocentre Ltd, have produced designs for these ten obstacles.
One of the sites, Esk 11 Main Esk Weir (Castleton), is on hold and is not included in this contract.
This contract is to provide further detailed information regarding nine of the sites to inform the designs. This will be provided through topographical surveys and ground investigations of each of the sites.
