Description

Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP) is a Community Benefit Society and a Registered Provider of social housing which owns and manages approximately 12,200 properties in the Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire area, serving over 20,000 residents.

As a locally based registered provider we want to use our collective size to take advantage of new development opportunities across our area of operation, tailoring solutions and having a positive impact on communities; delivering safe, attractive neighbourhoods, where people want to work and live.

Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP) was formed in April 2018 from a merger between Boston Mayflower and Shoreline Housing Partnership. As a relatively new organisation, we recognise the need to establish LHP as a local provider of excellent services that exceed our customers' expectations, focusing primarily on new Section 106 affordable housing opportunities and land led developments which are strategic asset management sites in our ownership where this is this the best outcome for our customers.

We are ambitious and have an aspiration to deliver 171 new homes this year potentially increasing to building 280 homes per year by the end of the 2019-2024 Business Plan period. This would increase our total stock by 2.2% each year to meet housing need.
