Description

The GDC is inviting tenders to appoint a Principal Contractor under a 2 Stage Design & Build approach to make the new Birmingham offices fit for purpose. This is an Open tender process. It is unknown at this stage if the landlord will construct Lot 2 Comms Room. Therefore, this tender is split into two lots:
Lot 1: main works excluding the Comms Room. (PCSA and D&B)
Lot 2: Comms Room only. (D&B)
