Description
ECL are looking to procure a new HR system. We will be requiring a system capable of managing staff from recruitment and onboarding through to termination and leavers process.
The system must have the following functionality:
· Case Management - record holding
· Resource Management
· Performance Management - PMR's
· Learning & Development - to book courses
· Recruitment
· Self Service functionality
· Absence Management
· Onboarding and leavers process: IT, Finance,
· Workflow management:
· Terms & Conditions - Contract Management
· Benefits Management - multiple benefits (feeds P11D)
· Integrated systems
· Test environment
· Fully configurable
ECL is interested in hearing from any suppliers who may be able to provide a system that meets the above requirements. At present we are still developing requirements for a full competitive tender which will be conducted in late 2017
