Description

1 This contract is for the service and maintenance, including software support of the installed 'Intellikey' wireless electronic locks throughout the Parliamentary Estate.
2 The Contractor's responsibilities will include for carrying out:-
a) The service and maintenance of all locks every 6 months in accordance with the requirements of the Contract.
b) The yearly replacement of the Alkaline Battery Power Packs, and associated coin/button cell batteries;
c) Ad-hoc software support and updates via Intellikey Limited;
d) Provision of a 365 day per year, 2/4 hour response, emergency callout service;
e) On the anniversary of the commencement of the contract, on expiry of the contract, and whenever additional locks are installed, the Contractor is to provide an updated Schedule of Service Visits, and, where applicable, maintenance schedules to suit any new types of locks installed.
f) The Contractor may be requested to carry out new works as requested by the Service Manager using Planon minor works CAFM system.
