Description

LCC, on behalf of the City Deal partners, is inviting tenders on the terms set out in this ITT for the supply and delivery of Preston City Transport Plan services. It is envisaged that the Contract for the provision of Preston City Lancashire Transport Plan Services will commence on or around the 1st May 2017 . The Contract will expire on the 31st October 2017. The outcome of the Transport Plan will be a network capable of support aspirations of the City Deal and the growth of Preston and improving the experience of travelling through and within the city centre for residents, shoppers, commuters and visitors using any mode of transport. The Preston City Centre Transport Plan needs to provide a clear, achievable structure to fulfil these aims.
