Description

Tenders are invited to tender for the provision of Royal Leamington Spa Wayfinding.
Royal Leamington Spa will host the upcoming 2022 Commonwealth Games Lawn Bowls and Para Lawn Bowls at the world-class Victoria Park venue. This is expected to take place between 27th July and 7th August 2022. The venue has capacity for 3,300 spectators and the event will generate significant pedestrian movement in the town. Improvements to the whole arrival experience are needed. It has been acknowledged for some time that there is a need for simple, effective, permanent directional signage in Leamington Spa to update some of the confusing messages of the current provision. Improving wayfinding for visitors attending this event is a key component.

WDC are looking to appoint a wayfinding company with expertise in this area to design and deliver improvements to Leamington Spa's wayfinding provision. This will be done in close collaboration with key stakeholders through the process with the support of the WDC Project Officer

The contract will be for a period of approx. 9 months commencing in November 2020. The Contract Value is up to £150K (Exc. VAT). This is the maximum budget available
