The Centre for Process Innovation Ltd (CPI) requires the following;

CPI is looking to expand their Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) capabilities by upgrading current Beneq TFS500 system to take advantage of high boiling temperature liquid and solid precursor source system, ammonia gas as reactant and additional inert process gas.
