Description

Overview of scope of services
Historic England is looking to appoint a suitably qualified multi-disciplinary professional team to prepare a feasibility study for the Lowestoft Town Hall and the adjoining land to the rear and Car Park on Mariners Street. This work is to be carried out as part of Historic England's Partnership with Lowestoft Town Council (LTC) and East Suffolk District Council (ESDC), for the North Lowestoft Heritage Action Zone (HAZ). The feasibility study should assess options of use and design for the Lowestoft Town Hall owned by Lowestoft Town Council and options for use and design for the adjoining land to the rear on Mariners Street and the Mariner Street Car Park owned by East Suffolk District Council.
