Description

This project is divided into two lots.

Lot 1 - financial education guidance for schools in England
Lot 2 - financial education guidance for schools in Scotland.

Organisations or individuals may tender for one or both of these lots.

Lot 1

The Money Advice Service are looking for a suitable organisation to develop guidance for schools in England on delivering a whole-school approach to promoting children and young people's financial capability - in primary and secondary schools (Reception to Key Stage 5) ('the financial education guidance'). This should include guidance on delivering financial education through the curriculum as well as through extra-curricular learning and pastoral support, including engagement with parents and families, where relevant, and targeted support for children with additional needs.

Lot 2

The Money Advice Service are looking for a suitable organisation to develop and write guidance for schools in Scotland on delivering a whole-school approach to promoting children and young people's financial capability - in the broad general education phase (primary and secondary) and the senior phase ('the financial education guidance'). This should include guidance on delivering financial education through the curriculum as well as through extra-curricular learning and pastoral support, and should reflect the diverse needs of children and young people.
