Description

'The Square' is a residential development that belongs to South Holland District Council. It is surrounded by a boundary wall on which a structural survey was undertaken in February 2017. This survey highlighted the need to complete structural work on the wall.

The repair work is required to start on site prior to the end of October 2018. This date is required to comply with the current Listed Building consent to work on this Building and Boundary Wall. The Wall is situated to the rear boundaries of the 3 separate blocks of The Square building. It was originally built in approximately 1811 and has had a few alterations or maintenance as changes have occurred to neighbouring properties over time.
