Description

Gentoo Group seek to appoint consultants to provide Employers Agent/Cost Consultancy Services. The works will also include a Principal Designers element for each scheme.

The Tender is broken into five separate Lots which are as follows:
- Lot 1: Prestbury Road, Willows Close, Ford Oval, Avenue Vivian
- Lot 2: Blaydon Avenue, Keighley Avenue
- Lot 3: Eastbourne Square, Cricklewood Road, Cragdale Gardens
- Lot 4: Carley Hill School Site
- Lot 5: Fulwel Quarry, Silksworth (Office)
