Description
Southwark Council would like to understand how feasible it is to deliver the NHS Health Check assessment using technology to support remote delivery. In order to this we would like to better understand how feasible and acceptable it is to carry out the assessment's biometric measures (such as cholesterol blood tests) in a person's home or community. We particularly want to understand this from the perspective of our BAME and more deprived community groups. If it is acceptable, we would like to understand how best to make this work to increase take up and impact.
