Description

This service will provide additional support to children and young people who enter, or are at risk of entering, the youth justice system. The aim will be to reduce the number of young people on remand as well as preventing re-offending across Lancashire.

The provider will work alongside Lancashire Youth Offending Team to provide additional support to children, young people and their families and will organise a programme of interventions tailored to individual assessed need that engages the young person at times of significant risk. It will also provide a range of weekend activities that satisfy Unpaid Work and Reparation requirements as well as supporting young people to attend court at the weekend.
