Description
The Isle of Wight Council invited tenders from suitably qualified and experienced providers for the provision of supported accommodation across seven services on the Isle of Wight, for people with various support needs. The contract is to run from 1 April 2016 for a period of 42 months with the option to extend for a further period of up to 2 years at the sole discretion of the Council. This tender was divided into seven lots. This is for Lot 3 - 4 Units of supported accommodation for mothers and their baby with the mother being aged 16 ? 25 years old.
The contract is to run for a period of 42 months from 1.04.2016 until 30 September 2019 with the option to extend for a further period of up to 2 years at the sole discretion of the Isle of Wight Council. The contract values given are estimated for the whole duration of the contracts including the possible extension period.
