Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced company(ies) to undertake valuation of the council's assets. The contract is split into two Lots (General Fund - Lot 1 and the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) - Lot 2). Bidders may bid for either or both of the Lots.
