Description
The council is wishing to procure a two storey rear extension and a single storey side extension to a residential home for foster carers. This is in order to provide additional bedrooms and living spaces to continue to care for additional children. In addition to the extensions, minor alterations will be carried out to the existing property, to create a ground floor shower room and to link the existing house to the new areas.
