Description

This contract is for the provision of a cost consultant for a programme of improvement works to six sheltered schemes. This programme encompasses improvement works, which are directed by resident preferences and unique to each scheme, and any external Decent Homes, Communal and Planned Maintenance work that is required. In addition, the linkline warden call system at each scheme will be upgraded as part of this project. These schemes will act as a pilot for potential improvement works to the other sheltered schemes and for our future Estate Improvement programme which will be rolled out across our estates.
