Description

The Heathrow Rail Access (HRA) programme is Departmental priority with links to the Heathrow Expansion Programme. A new Southern Rail Link to Heathrow (SRLtH) from Waterloo and/or Surrey/Hampshire to Heathrow forms part of the long-term aspiration for the railway and is an exciting opportunity to harness new and innovative ideas from the private sector. To do this it is intended that a new finance and funding model will be developed to deliver this project.
