Description

The purpose of this prior information notice is to inform the market of an opportunity due to be advertised within the next few weeks to allow contractors a period of time to consider resource prior to tender publication.
The Scheme will be designed to RIBA Stage 3 and it is anticipated that all planning approvals will be in place before contract execution. The requirement is for a Main Contractor, and the scheme will comprise an Assisted Living apartment block containing; 30 no. one bedroom two-person apartments with a minimum internal floor space of 55sqm, and 15 no. two-bedroom, three-person apartments with a minimum internal floor space of 70sqm. The block shall incorporate a staff office, meeting room, communal lounge, café with catering kitchen and dining area (can be linked to outside provider) and a laundry room. The apartment block shall also include mobility buggy store/charging room and landscaped grounds and gardens.
