Description

The London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham acting on behalf of itself and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster City Council invites Tenders for the provision of three Carers' Hub Services. One Carers' Hub Service will operate in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, one Carers' Hub Service will operate in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and one Carers' Hub Service will operate in Westminster City Council. Each local authority will contract directly with the provider of the Carers' Hub Service which will be selected to operate in their own area. It is intended each Contract will have an initial term of three years The contracting local authority will be entitled at its absolute discretion to extend the Contract Period on the same terms for two further periods each of one year making a total possible Contract Period of five years.
