Description
We require an independent consultancy able to carry out a comprehensive and in-depth review of the Innovation Metric landscape, to deliver a final report to include an assessment of options to develop or create new innovation metric(s). This work will be undertaken in the hope that if feasible, future work can be undertaken to develop a clear and concise overarching innovation metric, which is relevant to all innovations.
