Description
Liverpool City Council's aim for Healthwatch Liverpool is that it will provide a seamless portal for the public and patients, allowing them to access information and advice about local Health and Social Care services, and help them to understand the options available to them. Liverpool's citizens will be supported to engage with and influence these services in a meaningful way, and will be supported to make a complaint about NHS services where necessary.
