Highways Grass Cutting - The contract is predominantly covering the rural (generally outside towns and villages) highways network and associated works.

This tender documentation details the scope and extent of the Rural Highways Network and Associated Services (including hedge/vegetation maintenance) required by the Authority to be provided at the locations contained in the Appendices to the Specification and the Pricing Schedule.

It is anticipated the Contract shall be effective from the 1st April 2017 with a contract term of 2 years plus another 2 years flexible extension period (1 year +1 year).

Completed Tenders and attachments should be submitted electronically, by the due date via our "in-tend" electronic tendering system. Tenders must be uploaded via the "My Return" section of the system. Tenders submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered.

Your Tender must be submitted via the In-Tend system by no later than 12:00 noon on 27/01/2017, tenders received after that time will be excluded.
