Description

This is a re-advertisement as no suitable offers were received to the previous notice.

The Guinness Partnership are looking to appoint one Contractor to conduct evironmental works across two phases of work which will include:

Phase 2

Re-surfacing car parks, access improvement works re-grading ramps, installating paving, re-bedding steps and undertaking associated landscaping works to improve the appearance of the internal courtyard with new edgings and dwarf wall including new planters. Minor brickwork repairs and re-pointing.

Phase 3

Re-surfacing car parks and pedestrian footpaths, access and improvement works including re-grading ramps, installing paving, re-bedding steps and undertaking associated landscaping works to improve the appearance of the internal courtyard with new edgings, dwarf walls and new planters. Minor brickwork repairs and repointing for external enveloping is also part of this scheme.
