Description

South Liverpool Homes lease their main office situated at
Parklands, Conleach Road, Speke L24 0TY
from Liverpool City Council and will very shortly renew that lease.
The office is set over:
c. 501 m2 on the ground floor, where the public facing spaces are located.
c. 936 m2 on the first floor, which is exclusively working and office space including meeting rooms, toilets, kitchens, a server room and staff welfare facilities which are the base for approximately 100 colleagues with hybrid working patterns.
Following the execution of the new lease, it is our intention to re-furbish the offices.
Although SLH does not have a definitive vision for the refurbishment, our primary objective is to maximise the utilisation of the existing space whilst supporting modern hybrid working practices. The project will encompass flooring, wall coverings, paint colours, fixtures and potentially furniture. We seek expertise in workplace design to ensure that both our staff and public facing areas have effective flow, a professional appearance, practicality, and aesthetic appeal which respect our branding guidelines and reflect them in the space.
We particularly welcome submissions from micro and small to medium businesses, especially those based in the communities where we have homes.
