Description

This contract is for Works and Supplies to construct a bespoke play area on Southampton Common. The current play area is c15 years old and has reached the end of its useful life and is overly expensive to maintain both in terms of manpower and cost.

This contract comprises of the following specific elements:
• Build (Ground works, infrastructure);
• Installation (installation of play equipment assets);

The commencement of this contract is subject to approval of Section 38 Commons Act 2006.
