 Service available 24 hours, seven days a week
 Ideally web-based, with no software to install
 Easy to use user interface
 Ability to send messages to predefined groups or user defined groups
 Confirmation of message delivery
 Voice message broadcasting function specific to predefined groups
 Telephone support available when required
 Secure online address book
