The CCG currently has a contract in place with Living Well to provide the above services. The current term is 1 Oct 2021 - 31 Mar 2022 (value: £35,288) during which time, the CCG will assess the needs of the service users & consider how it needs to secure the needs of the people & improve the quality & efficiency in the provision of the services.
NWL CCG is currently of the view that the full scope of the services described are capable of being provided only by Living Well (LW). While other organisation may be able to provide elements of the service requirement, LW can provide the full scope to the cohort with a wide range of services designed to improve & maintain overall mental health & wellbeing while also helping to reduce loneliness & social isolation. Any capable provider able to provide the full scope may come forward by 11th March 2022 to engage with the CCG. In the case that LW is the only provider capable of delivering the services described, then the CCG will look to award a further contract to Living Well for up to 2 years. During 2022, it is anticipated that NWL CCG will be succeeded by an Integrated Care Board (ICB). Any future opportunity may therefore be in the name of the ICB.
