Description
To procure a property consultant to support Homes England in the disposal of the site known as Land at North Road, Stevenage and achieve the disposal objectives stated In responding to this brief the consultant demonstrate their capacity to provide the services required in accordance with the programme.
The appointed consultant must also demonstrate relevant expertise and experience of managing major Homes England land disposals, including experience of managing the tendering process on Homes England's behalf , undertaking bid assessment and successful contract negotiations.
