Description
Contractors are invited to 'express an interest' in providing regular corrective building maintenance and minor building repair works (excluding mechanical and electrical services) for Historic Royal Palaces (HRP) for a three year period with an option for 2 further years by agreement between both parties. These works are to be carried out at Hillsborough Castle in Northern Ireland. Works are to be valued in accordance with the relevant PSA Schedule of Rates which is to be updated by tendered percentage adjustments (plus or minus). The Form of Contract will be the JCT Standard Form of Measured Term Contract 2011
