The University proposes to redevelop the site to create a new hub facility consisting of primarily workspace for the Christabel Pankhurst Institute
The works are the design and construction of a new office facility, including all substructure, superstructures, finishes, fittings, mechanical and electrical services, drainage, external works and external services. This also include the remedial works to the existing building.
