Description

The principal aim of the service is to increase the skill and confidence of staff and volunteers supporting adults experiencing multiple disadvantage. This work should be led by shared values and will equip services to work in a consistent and effective way, including where to signpost if they cant meet a persons needs.
This will contribute to the overarching aim of the Changing Futures programme, to improve outcomes for adults experiencing multiple disadvantages
