Description

Involving Medway is a community engagement programme which has been piloted as a collaborative partnership between community based organisations in Medway and NHS Medway CCG to improve healthcare commissioner engagement with local communities and to develop an approach to developing healthier and more joined up communities through community development. The CCG wishes to build on the successes of the pilot whilst recognising lessons learned from its evaluation.
