Description

The service is primarily related to service users on the stroke and neuro pathways being supported to live independently following a period in hospital or a specialist rehabilitative establishment. The service has 6 Rehabilitation Support Workers (RSWs) working in a multi-disciplinary stroke and neurorehabilitation team delivered through Guys and St Thomas's community service (GSTT). They perform therapy related support and personal care.
