Description

To provide consultancy support to the Environment Agency in its review and assessment of the detailed design and associated monitoring of the cooling water infrastructure for Hinkley Point C nuclear power station. To support this review work the Consultant shall attend relevant meetings of the Hinkley Point Marine Technical Forum where it is expected that the design shall be discussed. The cooling water infrastructure as currently proposed includes an acoustic fish deterrent, low velocity cooling water intake heads, outfall heads and tunnels, and a fish recovery and return system.
