Description
The Olive School Preston temporarily occupies the lower two floors of an existing building, previously used as an office, but due to expansion requires the above vacant floors to be brought into use. The contractor will be required to refurbish and remodel the two currently unoccupied floors. The works will include removing and adding partition walls, new doors and making good affected wall and floor finishes. Mechanical and Electrical alterations will be required to the affected rooms. Some works to the building envelope may be required. A design brief will be provided to explain the architectural and engineering requirements. The successful contractor will be required to complete the design and detailing of the works.
