Description
City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council is seeking providers to find ways to reach out to and support individuals who are new to caring role or have found their caring role increasing due to the COVID 19 Pandemic and /or those who have struggled previously to access services. The methods adopted to provide that support must be informed by the carer. The service will promote support and improve the mental physical and economic well-being of carers, so they can continue in their caring role while being able to access the appropriate support structures to enable them to look after their own health and wellbeing. Enabling carers to have a life of their own, in terms of opportunities, for work training education, leisure and social interaction
